GIRLS Player of the Week – Georgia Rochford
U10YG- Georgia has shown some great improvements this season and is really enjoying getting out on the oval.
This past Sunday, with the under 10 Bomber Girls squad missing some key players, Georgia had her best game this season.
Great work Georgia, congratulations from all your teammates and Coach Chris.
BOYS Player of the Week - Max Pengelly
U14 Div1 - Max Pengelly.
Max is quite a special talent (Swans Academy coaches will agree), however most importantly it is his modest, low-key personality that makes him such an inspiring, popular and unselfish team player.
Our vice-captain & 2017 Best & Fairest winner continued his outstanding form this season leading from the front.
Today's team effort & Max's game was outstanding.....in what was a make or break game for our season.
Auskick BOYS Player of the Week – Oscar Marston
U8 Boys - Oscar has AFL in his blood it has been engrained in him from birth by his grandfather Harry Marston of the Manly Warringah Wolves and his AFL mad parents.
He is a huge Sydney Swans fan and member and has been able to sing their song from 2 years of age.
He watches the games on TV with his dad every weekend and knows all of the Swans and most players from other clubs.
He loves kicking the football and what he absolutely loves this year is playing in a team and against other clubs
Auskick GIRLS Player of the Week – Hannah Marston
U6/U7 Girls- This is Hannah’s first year of Auskick.
She gained her interest in AFL from her grandfather Harry Marston, one of the founders of the Manly Warringah Wolves.
She watched her brother eagerly last year and was keen to get involved this year.
She is a member of the Swans, loves going to the games and can name most of the players.
Her favourite players are Buddy and Zak Jones.
She loves kicking goals, handballing to her team mates and especially loves playing games with all girls.
Being our Players of the Week they have won a free sausage sandwich or egg and bacon roll and a drink from the Club House canteen.
